They asked a few questions to determine the source but were unable to figure it out. I had to remind them to drain the water heater before leaving which was part of the package I bought. Water heater was not completely flushed as I hired another plumber one month later to try to determine source of debris again and he suggested a flush and there was quite a bit of "Gravel/dirt" that flushed out. He said that it was only drained and not really flushed. I would probably hire again for straightforward plumbing issues.
