I had Brian out to my house which I recently bought and have a tankless water heater which I was unsure was cleaned and flushed last! I called and plumbing pro had Brian in route to me SAME DAY! He showed me the ins and outs of the machine and how everything works. Plus he checked everything else within my home for no extra cost! He was super intelligent in the field and happy to help! I’ll be having them come do maintenances yearly to keep my heater running smooth and properly! 5 ⭐️ great service and company! Thank you again plumbing pro and Brian!

They were extremely friendly and did a nice job. My only thing is on my receipt, 2 things..1- it was in a format that was hard to print from my phone. 2. On the receipt it stated " customer wanted it sweated", which is patently false. I did ask, but I asked if he was going to, or to use another connector. I'm not sure why they would misrepresent this element. Otherwise, they were competent and I may use them again in the future.
