Thanks for speaking up. We absolutely do not want anyone walking away from their experience feeling the way that you do, and we wish there was a way to change that. I would like to take the time to address some things mentioned. When we do a structural repair, we are very up front on what we are doing. Everything on our website, our materials, our proposals, our contract, our Customer Advocate that calls throughout the process, the video that is sent to each customer before installation that explains what to expect, and then the Foreman of the project all communicate the same exact thing: What we guarantee and warranty is stabilization. What we hope for is lift. Any company that presents themselves that they guarantee lift to level is simply not telling the truth. When a home has spent years settling, we cannot know how it will respond, and "making it the way it was when it was built" is not possible. There are many projects that we are able to achieve lift to level, and others where it would cause more damage to the home to continue to try and lift it. There would never be a scenario where there would be a bait and switch on that scenario. We have purposely built in so many checkpoints that are in writing, verbal, by video, etc, that even if there was human error on one part of it, there would be many other checkpoints along the way. We also send every customer a video 10 days prior to installation reminding them of what to expect on the day of installation. It specifically addresses what the possibilities are when heavy equipment is driven on the yard, especially during a rainy season. Our Customer Care Advocate makes sure that each customer has both received and viewed that video. I've outlined these steps for this reason- we care very much and are very committed to everyone involved being on the same page, to make sure expectations are what they should be, and to be very transparent.Service Provider Response
