"I hired Mr. T's do build a deck that was already started. They listened to what I wanted and made it work. My deck had several components, a unique wrap around low profile design, lighting, ramp, steps, and rails. The deck also connected to a front porch. and two entry doors. They were polite, professional, and did not mind when I changed my mind on any issue. They said it would take ten working days and they were done ahead of schedule. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
