I knew that I probably needed a whole new roof on my garage, but was having a hard time finding other roofers to come look at an inexpensive job. "I hired Mr. T's do build a deck that was already started. They listened to what I wanted and made it work. My deck had several components, a unique wrap around low profile design, lighting, ramp, steps, and rails. The deck also connected to a front porch. and two entry doors. They were polite, professional, and did not mind when I changed my mind on any issue. They said it would take ten working days and they were done ahead of schedule. They showed up when they said they would and were always working when here. I plan on hiring them again for additional work I need completed. I feel lucky to have hired them."
"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
