Mr.Dean and his Co-Owner's Son drove from Nashville, Tennessee to Coldwater, Mississippi to install a beautiful and sturdy wheelchair â ¿ ramp for my Beautiful Bride who is paralyzed on one side of her beautiful body and partially blind after 3 strokes so she would not have to climb stairs anymore getting soaking wet from the weather elements ! Dean and his co-partner were totally professional with high integrity and service& they are both veterans who serve the customer's 100% As a customer you will never be disappointed by them and spread the word about this company because they are beyond excellent and when you call in to the Nashville, Tennessee office you will be greeted with an Awesome and very friendly and professional lady by the name of Michelle who will be dedicated to serve you without fail&compassion to Excell customer expectations 100%! I hired Amramps to install a ramp from our front door to our driveway. Jon was able to give me a quote over the phone. Install was fast and easy. I contacted Jon with a couple of minor concerns after the initial Install and they were quick to respond and address my requests. The price was high, but i have no doubt that the ramp is installed well and will keep my wife safe when she leaves the house.

2 nice young men were at my house at my house at 7:30 this morning to install my ramp. In less than an hour, they were finished. This ramp will enable me to leave the house on my scooter following surgery on my right foot. I thank them for giving me back some of my freedom.

Dean was awesome to work with. The ramp was for my parentsâ house. I just set it up. I talked to Dean several times and his communication skills are 10/10!! Unfortunately, thatâ s not common in anything to do with construction or similar services. He was able to go see what was needed and talk to my Dad the day after I talked to him and they installed the ramp the next day!! My Mom my has Alzheimerâ s and isnâ t able to walk anymore. My Dad and I were both very impressed with the quality of the materials and how quickly they were able to get the ramp installed. It was great to have the option to rent the ramp because it looks like we will only need it for a few months. However, if we need it longer, they put most of what you pay toward the purchase price. Itâ s just a win-win all around!!

Two young brothers out of Nashville did the installation. Very professional, quite, and polite. No yelling or foul language from these young fellows. My ramp was installed in the hottest part of the day around 330pm, with some shade. but they didn't moan and groan like some young people do. I gave them the some very appreciated cold bottled water.
