"HORRIBLE! Mr. Tidwell didn't perform hardly any task in the manner he was hired to do. My yard still looks terrible, the grass is very sparse and patchy he has absolutely NO professionalism when the issues and final payment were made. Mr. Tidwell threatened me and used profanity. My neighbors heard and witnessed the whole event. It was TOTALLY unprofessional and embarrassing. No wonder he wanted to do the billing 'under the table'. That alone should have been a Red Flag."

"Very expensive and beware that they jack up the invoice to include a 3.74% "convenience fee" (which they can't even spell): "Convience fee (3.74%) $16.66" ...and with no warning or courtesy reminder they charge: "Late Fee 10% late fee for over 30 days dues. Additional late fees may accrue if not paid in full. $40.50" And be further aware that if you live in a nice house, Tim will use it to make personal attacks when you question any bill he sends---and most likely jack up the price. And his employee Joe is also a piece of work. When my wife asked for his cell number his response was "No, I don't want to be bothered by clients." And after paying several hundreds of dollars, our grass still has several dry spots. And they don't know how to set the irrigation timer accurately."

A lawn that suddenly and quickly turns yellow is typically the result of a dramatic change in the grass's environment. Heavy rainfall can dilute soil nutrients, rapidly yellowing the grass, and dull lawn mower blades can dry out and damage the grass in a short time. Fertilizer helps your grass to grow lush and dense and blocks future weeds from growing. You can also add amendments, such as sulfur and lime, to enhance your soil quality. 

The screwdriver test involves trying to push a screwdriver into your lawn. If it goes in easily, you’re likely overwatering and should cut back. If there’s moderate resistance, you have a good watering schedule and soil composition. If there’s a lot of resistance or you can’t get the screwdriver into the soil, you may need to aerate your lawn to reduce compaction and increase your watering schedule.
