I had to wait all day for the repair guy to show up. Sears does not make appointments. They will only say they will show up between 8 -5. So I did wait and he showed up about 4:00 and looked at my fridge and basically said the ice maker would need to be replaced. That was all he did. I also thought the inside temp was too high as it wasn't keeping items cold...but he said it was ok. Anyway, I ended up having to hire someone else to come and fix the problem.

Unreliable, unprofessional, and extremely rude are there three words I’d use to describe this company. They’ve been removing a tree since May, it is now October and the tree is still laying on its side. The company refuses to take responsibility for the damage they’ve done to the property and have no timeline on when the tree will actually be removed from the property. The owner of the company, Sam, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with and told me and my husband to just have a lawyer contact him over the damaged property. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for any construction needs.

Horrible! They were going to charge me almost the full price of buying a brand new tiller of the same brand and model just to get it fixed. I bought it brand new at Home Depot for $300 one year ago and they wanted to charge me $250 + to get it fixed and wouldn’t even honor the 3 year warranty even though they are an echo dealer and repair certified shop. When I chose not to use them to fix it and went to pick it up, they made me pay $47 just because they said they had to take it apart to look at it for an estimate. Don’t go there for any reason! You will regret it! Absolutely Pathetic!!!

Wonderful. I would highly recomend Mr. Jenkins. His quality of work was a 10 in my book. He was always on time and very friendly. He cleaned up after his self every day. I never had to pick up a broom or bring out a vacum. His pricing was extreamly resonable compared to other quotes I had recieved. Not to low and not to high. He was in my home for a total of 6 days. I always felt comforable leaving him alone to run arrands and do whatever I planded for the day. When it was necessary he would also work into the evening(after asking if i cared)and sharing dinner with me. He would always ask if I needed help with the dishes. Of course I said no that was the least I could do. Again I would strongly recomend Mr. Jenkins(Mike) I will always have him do maintaince work for me!

Recent Review:
Overall it went excellent. They called, they came, they picked up the tiller and took it back to their shop--they did charge extra for the transportation but I had no way to get it there anyways. My only thing was they said they would call to let me know about a time frame on the work but I never got the call and I ended up calling them about a week later to check in. Other then that, everything else was great.

Hutton HardwareI haven't been able to mow my whole yard is 2 years. The mower would either not run, or stall when the blades were engaged. I had taken it to 2 other repair places 5 times at considerable expense, they would keep the mower 3 to 4 weeks and it would do the same thing every time I would get it home. Huttons listened to me, and fixed the real problem in three days. They are very proffessonal, friendly and have common sense, which is hard to find these days.
