Please do not trust this company. The are dishonest, and have some pretty sketchy practices, which I am pretty certain are either illegal, or quite close to being so.

Was quoted a price of $90 for a yearly contract which included 2 visits. After the work was completed the price was upped to $90 for a single visit which is absolutely ridiculous. Would not pay that for a single simple tuneup. Needless to say they have seen the last of my money. Not to mention the outside unit was not cleaned which has always been a part of the previous maintenance agreement services I have used.

Contacted ATC around 1:30 pm to schedule for someone to come out and check on my HVAC unit which had stopped working. Two service reps arrived around 2:30 pm. After checking the unit, they discovered that the inside fan had stopped working. Luckily, they had a replacement part available and were able to complete the repairs within less than 2 hours total. The unit was still under warranty, so I only had to pay for the labor. Both technicians were very nice and worked hard in an extremely hot attic to get the job done.

ATC removed and disposed of an unhealthy and outdated hvac system of mismatched ducts, inside blower and outside compressor. Replaced with clean ductwork and efficient split hvac system within a week of signing contract and with actual work being completed in two days. The sales and installation crew were very professional. The completed job exceeded my expectations.

After the service tech put gas in unit he didn check the unit. He relied on old paperwork that was 2years old that he said there was a small leak in the indoor unit. $I paid $230 at that time or 1 hour labor and about 4 lbs of gas. By Monday the unit was no longer working. when I called ATC I was told I had to speak to management before they would come check the unit. I did speak to the manager and was told they would replace the indoor coil for $ 1,100 and give me $150 credit for the leaked out gas. All this was still without really checking out the unit. I called another HVAC company, the came out right away, checked the entire unit Found the indoor coil was good and found the capassator has a large leak, easily visible! The entire bill, including complete gas fill was $310.00!

I didn't trust ATC before and now I an certain I will never use them again.

They were excellent and were very trustworthy. They were professional and were very nice to deal with. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
