"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"The service was great, Kris was very knowledgeable and professional. The job was done in a timely manner and quite honestly have zero complaints. My wife was very happy with how much cleaner the house was now. Who would have thought such a simple task as cleaning the carpet properly would create a better atmosphere for the family. I would definitely be calling him again."

"Elijah came out to clean my living room, bedroom carpet, spot cleaned the sofa, and a few tough spots in the hallway. He showed up right on time and was very professional. I honestly didn?t think some of the stains would come out, but he did an amazing job and got them looking brand new again. They also gave me helpful recommendations for keeping my carpet in good shape. I?m really happy with the results and would definitely use them again!"

"These two are incredible! Super nice and professional. Very reasonable prices and EXCELLENT work! We hired them to clean really bad stains on our RV front seats, dinette seats and fold out couch. They now look practically brand new! We are super happy and going to have them clean our car interior and boat as well. Highly recommend!!!"

"I was looking for a perfectionist. I knew no one in the business. I knew no one to call on for a referral. I went online and found three businesses that would clean my 12x17 rug. I contacted all three this provider Julian contacted me within a matter of hours the other two never did. And now after I have seen his work, I would recommend Julian to anyone with any rug of high quality and expense. I will trust him with a $5,000 Arabian rugs"
