This was a big departure from a previous Angi experience. We were looking for an exterminator, and I was reviewing through the list when one morning, at 8am, two men showed up at my door. Normally that wouldn’t be an issue. However, we had just moved into the mountains of Tennessee and had my two elderly in laws living here. They were both frightened at the sight of two strangers. Anyway, the men said they were “from Terminex and had been sent out by there office.” Once I explained that, no, I had not hired any one, a call to their office confirmed that someone from Angi had told them that we had in fact hired Terminex. What was troubling was that no one from Angi told any ownership. They never apologized to Terminex or myself. It was your latest follow up that brought me back"

"They did a great job for a reasonable price. They gave a free quote for the job first. They answered all of our questions and more. Once we hired them, they showed up when they said they were going to and worked until the job was done. They were very knowledgeable. We hired them to regrade our yard and install a french drain. Two days after the project was finished, it rained really hard and the yard drained like it was supposed to. We are very happy with their work and would hire them again. We would recommend them."

He is a very poor communicator and letting you know when your job will be done. I realize that weather plays a factor in timing, however, this man did nothing to help indicate when they would be coming out until it was a week and a half before and even then he gave me incorrect information about when they would be out. Secondly, as a businessman, he thinks that the customer is there for the convenience of the owner rather than the other way around.
