We had a great experience with Newman Heating and Air Conditioning from start to finish. They came out right away when our heat pump failed, provided an estimate to replace our 19-year-old system on the spot, and promptly got to work as soon as we gave them the okay to start the project. I will use them in the future and recommend them to all! Everyone that we interacted with was helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional.

Excellent service. Prompt response. Same day A/C service. I was notified several times of who and when the serviceperson would be here. He contacted me about 10 min. before arrival. Presented himself well - clean, mannerly, etc. Quickly assessed the problem, went right to work and fixed it perfectly. Cleaned up after himself and took residue with him. Checked other items for possible problems. Overall, very professional yet friendly. A/C is working perfectly again. Thanks to Landon, and office person who took original call, was very friendly and lined us up so quickly. Landon even let me watch without charging me extra!

They were quick to respond to my request and came the afternoon of work scheduled. Jesse was very knowledgeable about mini-split units and gave us good advice on how to prevent the inside leak. He had our leaks repaired within an hour. Jesse also was good about explaining everything to his assistant, Ethan. Ethan discovered the source of the leak outside.
