"The two electricians came in and began searching the fuse box and finally found the switch that wasn't working. They also performed a checkup on my electric system at my request. They did a very good job and I do recommend them for anyone who needs the help."

I’m a licensed electrician who takes pride in doing honest, reliable work. I handle everything from small repairs and troubleshooting to lighting installs, panel upgrades, and general electrical maintenance. I pay attention to the details, make safety a priority, and treat every home or job site with respect.\n\nI’m currently looking to pick up any side jobs I can—no job is too small. Whether you need a ceiling fan installed, outlets fixed, breakers replaced, or help figuring out an electrical issue, I’m ready to help. I believe in fair pricing, clear communication, and getting the job done right the first time.\n\nIf you need dependable electrical work, I’d appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.\n

My name is Adam I am an electrician I have been in the field over 5 years full time. I learned electrical out of high school and worked for the local IBEW Union. After moving around with my spouse who was Career Air Force I ended up back where we grew up doing electrical work for a couple places. My current job is not providing full time work so I'm looking to move to a different company

Smart light switches are designed to work with most traditional light fixtures and wiring. However, there are several compatibility factors to consider. Some smart switches require a neutral wire to function, which may not be present in older homes (typically built before 1985). If you plan to use a dimming feature, ensure your LED bulbs are specifically the dimmable type. Additionally, a stable Wi-Fi connection is necessary for remote control, though some models may use other standards like ZigBee, which would require a compatible smart home hub.

A piggyback circuit breaker, also known as a tandem or double-stuff breaker, combines two separate circuits into a single slot in a breaker panel. This design allows adding more circuits without a larger panel, making it a space-saving solution. Each breaker in the piggyback unit operates independently, protecting two circuits in one standard breaker slot. This is especially useful in older panels with limited space for additional breakers.

The most likely cause of accidentally flashing lights is that a regular bulb has been replaced with a flash bulb by accident. If that’s not the case, you should look for a bulb on the strand that is not quite seated properly and will lose its connection when it’s touched or moved.

Yes, dehumidifiers use a lot of electricity. However, proper humidity also means your home’s temperature remains more stable, thus lowering heating and air conditioning bills. The good news is you shouldn’t need to use a dehumidifier more than a few months per year, so the energy costs won’t be as noticeable as other larger appliances.

Yes, gas dryers still need electricity. While their heating system relies solely on natural gas to produce the heat that dries your clothes, gas dryers use electricity to power the lights and display screens on their interface, turn on the drum, and power any automatic moisture sensors inside the unit.
