"TRM is a very detailed, high-end builder regarding quality and service. They are very diverse in all facets of the home building experience. We are excited to have them design and create our new barndomenium in process on our 33 acres in Riceville, TN. We look forward to the end result and we know it will be fantastic and â one of a kindâ . We are grateful to be working with such a great company."

"They did great work for me and husband on my stone patio. I would hire him again no doubt about it. He was very kind and committed to his work. He was punctual and reliable. He also replaced some existing patio stone that looks amazing. Can't wait to have my next cookout or pool party."

"This company responded extremely quick for my request, of which I needed. Their price was high compared charges other customer's I know who have paid for such repairs. There was a minor mix up with the charges applied to my charge card, but that was resolved quick enough. The customer has not complained about the work done. Again, the thing that was really impressed with was the response time and I can only assume that was a contributing factor for high price."

Fountains questions, answered by experts

The average pond maintenance cost is $2,000. But how much you pay to take care of your pond depends on multiple factors, such as the size of the pond and whether fish live in it. Your area's climate also affects the overall maintenance cost, as you may need to winterize your pond to protect it and any aquatic life in it during the colder months.

You have several options for your pond by getting your yard ready for the winter. You can winterize your koi pond by ensuring it’s at least 5 feet deep so it doesn’t freeze completely, installing a pond heater or aerator and having it run at all times, and installing a deicer if temperatures are dangerously low for an extended period. You can also choose to shut down your pond for the winter by removing all the wildlife in it and bringing it indoors, cleaning out the filter and pump, and then covering the pond with a tarp.

Yes, it’s possible to DIY a plunge pool and shave labor costs off of the project total. If you’re considering a DIY build, keep in mind that you will be responsible for pool installation and landscaping (which may require excavation). This type of DIY project is best left to particularly handy homeowners who have prior pool installation experience.

How many fish can call your pond home depends on the volume of the pond and the fish size. Your pond's filtration system also influences the number of fish that will thrive in a pond. A general rule of thumb is to have 1 inch of fish for every square foot in a pond that's 2 feet deep. Another rule of thumb you can follow is to have one koi fish for every 200 gallons of water or two goldfish for every 200 gallons.

You can use the outdoor spigot to do many things like cleaning patio furniture, washing down driveways, or watering plants. You can also attach outdoor hoses and some sprinkler systems to your spigot, making it much easier to keep your grass and plants watered. When connecting a hose or sprinkler system to your outdoor spigot, pay close attention to the manufacturer’s instructions, as they can ensure a snug fit with no leaks.
