My primary business is consulting on buildings that have construction defects that allow moisture intrusion, rot, mold, etc. I also work with builders on new buildings to assist in the sequencing and selection of products to prevent moisture intrusion, promote long-term building performance, ie., concrete curing, roof flashing, window and door installation, moisture barriers, basement waterproofing, etc.

"Robbed, flat out. Took me for supplies, came back with partial (old crap) and then never showed, after weeks of excuses. Wife, supposedly, and himself. Look this guy up, he just robs people and seemingly gets away with it. Also seems to do shoddy work. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Willing to rip off older people as well. Is he still in the area? Probably moved on to newer hunting grounds."

Our mission is to provide superior service to the individual as well as home builders with attention to detail and cost-effective planning with the latest technology and energy efficient construction methods in mind.

"After checking with Steve multiple times regarding these “buildable” plans and his assurances that they were buildable and permittable, they proved to really be only a “visualization”. Cost ~$3000 to get the plans permittable in Portland OR. Nice appearance. They did mirror the stairway and mod the glazing for an additional fee. The DWG drawings that I received were poorly layered. One of my CAD op’s who tutors CAD at the local community college stated, “These drawings would not pass muster for the CC certificate”. Best take the visualization to a local certified architect and just have a professional do the rest of the drawing. Also the material list was basically useless. So, I paid about 3 times the cost and put the project off 1 year. Very frustrating experience. You’ve been warned."

Renaissance-style architecture predates Italianate architecture and serves as an inspiration for many elements of the Italianate style. Renaissance architecture adheres to the rules of classical architecture, while Italianate architecture adds elements that served to modernize the Renaissance style for the Victorian era and allow this style of home to be produced in a range of sizes to be attainable for various budgets.

Stone, marble, and brick are common building materials of Neoclassical architecture, though you will also find wood flooring and a range of natural stone tiles.
