I hired Kieth to install wood stove (I bought stove and piping), insulate attic (recycled insulation), caulk exterior, separate ceiling lights and fans (he didn't do it, I hired electrician $1480), assemble work benches for my machine tools, and deliver a cord of wood to my porch (he didn't do it). He never came back and won't answer my calls. I paid four installments $2000, $2000, $3500, $1500. He owes me $2000. I wrote a review on Better Business Bureau, Yelp, I'm filing a police report and taking him to small claims court. I'll never hire an unlicensed/uninsured contractor again.

Keith was always available for questions. The job started on time and finished on time. The cleanup was great. I will use them again if we have another roof replacement or repair.
