I needed data to address the fraudulent contractors work, a clear road map to provide a licensed contractor for correction of the remodeling, and plans to provide the county for permitting purposes. When I received the report from Neal, I was truly blown away at detail. Only someone who takes pride in their work could assemble a report like this. The amount of hours and effort that must have gone into this is rather remarkable. Neal and R4 will definitely be my go to for structural engineering from now on."

"We contracted Greg Pappas, Pappas Enterprises LLC to resurface/rebuild our very large (approximately 1200 Sq Ft) elevated deck. The scope of work included removing/replacing existing wooden decking material, handrails, and three sets of stairs and stair rails as well as 3 gates. The project scope was broadened shortly afterwards to include replacing 3 of 15 support posts, as well as the deck joists supporting the lower level of the deck.
