"The team at TCS was polite, prompt, and extremely communicative. We never had a question throughout the process that went unanswered in a timely manner (less than an hour with most questions) and the team was so patient with us. We had several questions and they answered each one with amazing politeness and professionalism. What we were quoted is what was provided and there were no surprises. The roofing crew even took pictures during their process to show us to justify the work they were doing in replacing decking and the roofing materials. "wanted icicle lights hanging from roof line, no outside electric outlets, Ben and Jay came to install, I told them what I needed and they were done within 1 hour. I wish they had still been here when I took my 85 year old mom around fromt to view them for the 1st time. That was a priceless moment that I can never top. The cost was reasonable and they were very efficient. I am glad I asked for info and help for this project and you gave me several choices."
