After removing the old tub it was determined additional repairs to the subflooring were needed. The repairs were done and the area throughly inspected both inside and outside the house to assure I would not have to worry about the same issues in the future. Before continuing with the remodel Stephen made sure I was satisfied with all the repairs that had been done, I was. All the work was beautifully done, and was completed as planned and on time. "Excellent. Highly recommend Brett Lamley of all pro builders. Honest, reasonable prices, exquisite attention to detail and very punctual. He is also a a very neat contractor. Such jobs require removal of old before installing new. We all should expect our home to be messy during such renovations but Brett spent extra time to vacuum and clean every speck of dust or dirt that may have been tracked in during working hours. Ive had many homes remodeled in 3 different states and Mr lamley is by and the best contractor I ve ever had. He has a great eye for design and was able to understand my wishes and gave me exactly what I wanted for my unusual mountain home. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. . Not only do these gentlemen know drywall, they can fix drywall problems and they do great work! They did a site survey, provided me an estimate and firm start date.
