After coming to my home, discussing the work in depth, and taking lots of photos, a report was compiled. I needed a report that served multiple purposes. I needed data to address the fraudulent contractors work, a clear road map to provide a licensed contractor for correction of the remodeling, and plans to provide the county for permitting purposes. When I received the report from Neal, I was truly blown away at detail. Only someone who takes pride in their work could assemble a report like this. The amount of hours and effort that must have gone into this is rather remarkable. Neal and R4 will definitely be my go to for structural engineering from now on."
