"It was great. The person who came out to check our house was incredibly courteous and gave us a lot of great information. "These are extremely nice and responsive people. However, their mole removal service just doesn’t work. We have had 5 scheduled treatments. We are now told that we are beyond warranty after the last treatment on 8/16. We started the service back on 6/19. And now after a $625 charge, we still have moles. These folks may be very effective in other areas, but if you need mole removal, this company definitely doesn’t have the solution."

Called to talk to a supervisor and got a run around from terrible customer service person that told me they did not have a phone number for a supervisor. Got two "free" retreatments that burned my grass. Supervisor showed up unannounced at my house a month later after I cancelled my service. Too little, too late. Then I was charged $77 on my credit card 25 days after they told me my account was cancelled."
