On the agreed start date, the crew showed up with all the necessary heavy machinery - excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks. They got to work right away clearing debris, pulling out the old shed foundation and leveling the high spots in the yard. The crew was efficient and worked quickly but safely. They separated materials for recycling versus waste removal. I could not believe the transformation - it looked like a totally new property! They did a fantastic job of clearing out everything but leaving the landscape fully graded and level for my new construction. They even hauled away the extra fill dirt for me. The foreman and owner stopped by on the last day to inspect for any missed items and addressed a small drainage issue without any hassle. Their communication throughout was excellent as well.
