"I had a great experience with Brad at Braier Restoration. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They quickly identified the source of the mold problem, explained the remediation process clearly, and answered all of my questions. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect the rest of my home during the remediation process. They thoroughly removed the mold damage, treated the affected areas, and left everything clean when the job was complete. What could have been a very stressful situation was made much easier thanks to their expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with mold issues. Their quality of work and customer service exceeded my expectations."

I’ve Been in the cleaning industry basically all my life. I love what I do, I love seeing the results of my work but more importantly the impact that I make on people day to day. Being able to walk into a clean home after work or a long day in general is a feeling that goes beyond measure and I’m sure everyone is striving for that.

hello! we are a young 23 year old couple and we have recently started our own house cleaning business. We have a lot of experience since my girlfriends mom has been cleaning houses for the past 15 years and she has helped her since she was younger. I have also been helping them for the past 2-3 years. We are hoping to get some more clients and be successful! We are also willing to do different tasks, just ask!

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

It is not advisable to use salt on your roof to prevent or remove ice dams. It’s not only mostly ineffective but can also cause serious damage to your roof itself. Salt can rust metal, damage masonry, pit shingles, and cause runoff that’s damaging to plants and animals.

Generally, snow removal from a roof should occur once over six inches of snow accumulates, especially if you notice that ice dams have formed. Without ice dams, you can let the snow accumulation hit 12 inches before removing it. However, the amount of snow that is too much for your roof also depends on the sturdiness of your roof and the compactness of the snow. If your roof needs maintenance or has structural issues, it’s best not to let the snow accumulate too much for fear of collapsing.

Maintenance involves regular inspection of connections and cables, ensuring they are free from obstructions and functioning correctly to avoid ice buildup.

There are several ways to remove snow from your roof: using a snow rake, salting the roof with calcium chloride, using a rope (cautiously), and using heating cables. It’s important to mention that pretty, fluffy, sparkling snow weighs a great deal, and when physically removing snow from a roof, you should be aware of large snow slabs breaking off. These can weigh hundreds of pounds and are a real danger, so be extremely careful anytime you’re doing this type of work.

Yes, gable vents can let water in. That being said, this usually only occurs during extreme conditions like heavy rainfall. You can prevent water from entering through gable vents by adding a screen that traps the water before it can enter.
