Alex was very professional and efficient in completing the hot water installation, and in installing the power extender for our smart thermostat. He also noted that our pull-down ladder was too small for equipment to be lowered from the area over our garage and was able to install a larger model. Alex was very efficient and careful to do a thorough job. All in all, a pleasant experience.
