I have been using Scotts Lawnservice for about two years. The results are much better than the company I used before. They are more consistent and are a slight bit less expensive. Their automatic billing is great. I have not had any problems with them.

They are exceptional in what they do.  They are very personable.  I like the quality of there work.  I have them do all the services and I have a large lawn.

They  reviewed my lawn and provided a detailed recommendation for treating, aerating, fertilizing and overseeding my lawn.  In addition, they provided a full year  plan to get my lawn back in shape.    They were prompt and professional.  I was very pleased with their level of customer service.

Overall, my yard looks worse than when I was taking care of it myself.  I am paying more now to have them doing it.  They were supposed to do arrate and reseed my grass and never showed up.

It went fine this last time. Their services are good but their customer service is irritating. They charge $80 per treatment.
