"17 years. Never one complaint, in three states. Exterior paint on bare facia and soffit. We were 8" above normal in rain, literally daily thru June and first half of July. I am not interested in warranty work that costs me money. I wasn't about to apply paint to saturated or wet pressure treated wood, 30' off the ground, for it to bubble and peel less than a month later. Contract details mid Aug deadline. I was told times up mid July. Time, travel and cost of paint invested. I was there three different occasions. All stored in my Google location history. Customer is in breach and forfeits deposit. I hope the Sheriff gets these notes as well. End of story."
