He said really the $49.00 is usually the cost of an estimate even though it was my understanding that an estimate was free, and that the patch job was on sale for $49.00. I haven't heard from the man, who said his name was Wesley, since then. I am getting a bad feeling that I just got taken for $49.00...it's been over 3 weeks now..."
