They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. "Not putting no names. The plumber they sent was very high strung an was in a hurry at the time he arrived to the time he left. I called for a shower leak to be fixed he came an put a new fixture in sideways an hooked the pipes up wrong. An also told me the pvr was bad witch I have two both were bad but he only replaced one cause he did not wanna touch the galvanized pipe. He did not wanna put the mirror back on the wall after cutting my dry wall an ripping it. An still didn't fix my shower. I called the company after finding out what all has been done wrong after paying over a thousand dollars. Still waiting on them to make it right. Will not recommend an will not use again."
