"Depot Lawncare was okay.  I am very upset at Angie's list on this.  I had already bought one of these deals and then I purchased another one seeing that the deal was still in the system.  Nothing on Angie's list stopped me from doing this or popped up telling me I couldn't.  Depot Lawncare told me that it was your problem and Angie's List should reimburse me.  Angie's List refused because it had been so long since I purchased the deal.  It should not matter, because good customer service would reimburse the client.  You charge me for your service, just like Costco and Sam's Club, and they will take returns up to 2 years later.  What service am I paying you for?  THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ANGIE'S LIST, PLEASE PUT YOURSELF IN THE PENALTY BOX!!!
