Bill with Growth Spurts poured a concrete driveway and patio without rebar to reinforce and strengthen the concrete from premature cracking. he promised rebar prior to getting the contract and did not follow thru his words . Now the concrete is only 3 months and has several crack and holes. he will not return to repair his works which was the highest of the 3 bids received for the project. I place good faith on Growth Spurts and decided to give him the bid. I am very disappointed that Bill does not stand by his word."

A combination of new window sash kits for severely damaged windows and repairs to others helped save us money. Fresh paint, caulking and wood repairs have our 19 year old house looking new again. The crew was very professional, punctual and communicated very well with us. It took about 5 days to get everything done, and we were kind of sad when it was time for the guys to wrap things up. "Hired them originally to widen my driveway in order to park 2 cars side by side. They did a great job with it. But that’s where the nightmare begins. They did such a great job I decided to have them go ahead and redo the rest of the driveway. I’ve never had more regret in my life. The jobs were only one week apart. The first huge red flag was the lines in driveway were completely different from the pour one week before. I can’t even fathom why they wouldn’t align them to match. Next they busted quite a few places in the extension of the driveway poured less than a week ago with the excavator and made zero attempt to fix them!! If those two things aren’t bad enough, THE TWO POURS ARENT EVEN CLOSE TO MATCHING!!! They look like two complete different kinds of concrete!! I was finally able to convince the owners to even come take a look only after threatening to take them to court. As you would imagine at this point it was nothing but excuses on the concrete manufacturer. They “attempted” to make things right by sending the crew back out to use light duty concrete cleaner on the newer portion but of course that did absolutely nothing and I haven’t heard from them since. Payed right under 10k for both jobs. Going to be a couple grand for my lawyer but hopefully I recoup some of it."
