"Craig is awesome. He emailed me back on Yelp about 5 minutes after I inquired on a water heater repair. He was at my house in 35 minutes to look at the problem. After we discussed the options along with up front pricing, I decided on replacing the water heater. He said he could get the new water heater and install it the next morning. To his word he was here this morning before the scheduled time, and he and Scott started immediately. The heater was located in the crawl space so they worked in tight quarters.. I donâ t normally leave reviews, but in this instance, it is warranted. Based on my experience with Craig and Hicks Services I will use them in any future plumbing situations, and I do recommend if you need something fixed or repaired at your home you call them and give them a chance to earn your business. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

And they're not needed a water space, it plugged off and one replaced. Charged me $900. He left the underpinning down. Did not put it back like it was. The water lake is there. I don't have no hot water. Haven't had no hot water since the day. He'd done it, call them, come back out. Did not fix it Got in the truck and left. Never said a word. I try to live on $811 a month. They took every penny I had and did not fix it. So no I would never use them again. And if you're a single woman, don't call them. Out, because they we'll rip you off. I had to have back surgery i have rods screws middle plate in my back and I cannot get down to crawl under the porch to put the underpinning back so when it gets cold enough for "
