Buck is a state licensed home builder and state-licensed home inspector and has spent the last 25 years evaluating foundation and structural problems with homes and commercial buildings. Buck can visit your existing home, evaluate any structural problems that might exist and develop solutions to correct them. If possible, he'll develop cost estimates for repair and offer to implement the repair if it's within his areas of construction work. Or, if you'd prefer, he'll develop stamped engineering drawings for repair for which you can present to a host of contractors in order to obtain "apples to apples" cost estimates of repair.
