He gave me an estimate. He made changes per my wife's request. Time is money, and he was there on time. He started at 8 o'clock. He assured me about what he was going to do. "I called Mr. Rogers to get an estimate. He came out promptly. This was my mother's house. We told him what we needed/wanted done.
