I notified them of damage, and they came back nailed, and put putty on sheetrock, and said they would come back in 2 or 3 days to sand & paint the ceiling. It's been 8 days now. I am still waiting. I've called, but no answer."

They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us!
