We give you a estimate, if you agree to the price we type of a contract that covers you and us and both parties sign. Half of the money is expected up front to cover material cost and the other half on completion. We are INSURED so there is no danger of loss. We do provide you with proof of Bonding and Insurance for your protection. We can also call our insurance agent and she can provide you with a bond specific to your job if you like. The average home, even those 5-10 years old, isn't up to current energy standards. Our slogan is "Quality work at a fair price" and that's what we do on a daily basis. We never sub-contract any of our work, you will always see myself, my brother and/or my son. We also offer gutter cleaning service, pressure washing and general handyman services.
