18 Cut out contaminated sheet rock, left open to dry. The men had to move cupboards off the walls in kitchen and laundry room and all millwork. They were a nice bunch of men. They went to work and there was no sheetrock dust as they - hand sawed instead of using a powered saw to prevent the dust...

"We hired SCD to install a gazebo kit for us. The gazebo kit had a leaky roof due to ineffective screws. Stephen immediately saw the problem and came up with a fix. It was many many loads of gravel, had a steep curved hill and after it was spread out and packed it held pretty well. They used 2 sizes of rock which was a good idea I wouldn't have thought of. They installed drains in a couple of places and the water seems to shed just fine, which can be tough on Terry Peak when the snow is melting."
