"I found Drew on home advisor, I needed a privacy fence to kept out dogs that lived next door to me. Drewâ s initial consolation was during the winter time of January of 2018 I think, but the ground was frozen so the fence couldnâ t go up yet. Once the ground unfroze the fence went up in 2 days, one day to cement the posts in place and one day to nail the planks in place and make sure everything was level."

Small jobs welcome

"These guys do outstanding work. They carefully cleaned our entire home (siding, stucco, windows, steel, facia, soffit, etc.) after the major spring dust/ wind storm. They immediately responded to our request for a quote (held to that number and even did more than originally requested). They showed up when they promised and exceeded our expectations on our home and two large outbuildings. They were always professional and careful in their process to make sure no damage occurred while cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone wanting home, outbuilding or concrete cleaning."

"I received a call back minutes after I entered my information. I spoke with David shortly thereafter. He was able to visit my home for an assessment the same day we spoke, and we had a quote shortly thereafter to provide to our insurance company. David also provided a reference for garage door repair. David is very professional, and friendly. I give him an A+ Rating!"

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

Several types of porches are available to meet your needs and style preferences. Some common porch types include:

  • Porticos are essentially a roof over a walkway leading to the home's front entrance.

  • Sunrooms are closed-in porches that are an extension of the house with glass or plastic panels that allow optimal sunlight.

  • Wraparound porches extend around the entire home, or at least the front and one side, and offer multiple entrances to the house.

  • Back porches are an extension of the home’s floor into the outdoors. These offer more protection and privacy than a deck.

Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.

The main purpose of a gazebo is to provide a covered space for people to gather comfortably. They’re an excellent place for summertime get-togethers because the roof protects you and your guests from the sun. However, gazebos can also serve as a design feature, adding a bit of charm to a backyard or garden.

Fascia and soffits differ in their location and design, but fascia vents are the most popular alternative to soffits. These are a bit more hidden than soffits, but depending on the structure of your roof, they can cost more to install and maintain. They are also installed around the entire roof, whereas soffits can be placed only where you need them or, if the aesthetics bother you, somewhere out of sight.

On average, building or installing a gazebo costs around $5,700, with a typical range between $3,000 and $10,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. Material choice is a significant cost driver; for example, brick is often more affordable, while metal can be one of the more expensive options. Square-shaped gazebos can also be more expensive to build. Custom features, such as built-in seating or lighting, will increase the total price. You may be able to save money by purchasing a prefabricated gazebo kit or performing some of the labor yourself.
