Small jobs welcome

"Amazing experience! I was a little hesitant because I didn’t think my area was that bad but I was wrong. Darci was great to work with and came ready with a ton of ideas. Then about one day later I got my estimate (which was lower than I thought) and complete details as to what to expect with the whole processes. Highly recommend this experience!"

"Dasha always shows up on time to clean our 1500 square foot apartment that we have on short term rental. She does a through job every time she cleans. She vacuums all the floors, and then mops the wood and tile floors. She wipes down all the windows that have shades, cleans the bathroom and kitchen. Dasha is very pleasant and I highly recommend her."

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

To clean an estate, start by locating all important documents, which you’ll need to sort through. Have the mail forwarded, change the locks, and take inventory of the entire estate. Once you know what you’re dealing with, create a plan and a timeline for the cleanout. Start clearing out rooms and sorting items to donate, sell, or get rid of. Finally, deep clean the property.

According to the National Library of Medicine, ethyl alcohol is the best disinfectant for killing the flu virus, while bleach effectively kills bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Other efficient disinfectants include diluted bleach solutions, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen peroxide. Consult a local cleaning pro before applying these chemicals as disinfectants.

Hydrogen peroxide is an effective stain remover for many kinds of stains on porcelain, ceramic, stone, and stainless steel sinks. Always consult your manufacturer’s instructions to ensure hydrogen peroxide won’t damage your sink. To remove stains with hydrogen peroxide, saturate the corner of a cloth or sponge with peroxide and gently dab at the stain until it lightens.

If you’re unsatisfied with the cleaning, address your concerns directly and promptly with your housekeeper or the company. Many professionals offer satisfaction guarantees or will return to address missed areas at no extra charge. Document specific issues and clarify your expectations for future visits to ensure better results and avoid ongoing frustration.

No, you shouldn’t let dog diarrhea dry before cleaning it. While cleaning the stain when it's dried sounds less messy, it can cause more harm than good. Old stains have a chance to dry into your carpet, and the smell can go deeper into the fibers. This makes removing old dog poop more of a headache to clean than dealing with diarrhea while it’s fresh.
