I am a full time bath and walk-in bathtub installer looking for some part time jobs to fill my time off. I have 6 years experience in bathroom and general home construction. I specialize in all aspects of bath remodeling and renovations. I have the tools and knowledge todo almost any home projects that would be needed.

Renovating just before a move is worth it in cases of severe damage or decay—or if you're actually just making home improvements to flip and sell a property. If your home is in otherwise good condition, don't burden yourself with additional tasks when you're already busy packing. And if something needs to be fixed, try to plan to do it at least a few months before your big move.

If you’re doing a full bathroom remodel, the flooring will go in before the vanity and any other bathroom cabinetry. This will ensure that the same floor is present across your whole bathroom should you ever tear out your vanity and start again. 

If you can only budget for one or the other, you can still replace just the vanity in your bathroom. Just keep in mind that if you decide to replace your flooring later, you’ll need to tear out the vanity to avoid having mismatched floors.

You can install coffered ceilings in any room where the existing ceiling structure can support the additional weight and provide enough clearance. However, you’ll often see them in living rooms, dens, kitchens, bedrooms, home offices, libraries, dining rooms, and home theaters. Install a coffered ceiling wherever you want an elegant look.

When working on your bathroom floor tiling, you should always tile the floor first and then refit the toilet afterward. This has both practical and visual advantages—the tile will have a better seal, and the installation will look cleaner.
