"We hired SCD to install a gazebo kit for us. The gazebo kit had a leaky roof due to ineffective screws. Stephen immediately saw the problem and came up with a fix. Stephen and crew worked hard from getting g materials to doing the installation to make sure we had a quality product. Stephen’s greatest assets are his EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE. It’s not a good idea to allow heavy rain to fall on your awning, as puddling can occur and overload the awning. Your awning should be able to handle a light rain, though you should allow it to dry out before retracting it or open it to dry as soon as the rain stops.
