I made an appointment to have my car fixed, they picked it up out of my driveway that morning. all the work was done in a super timely fashion. and then they picked me up when it was done.

blew out reverse and first gear in my car and had it towed over.
they found a rebuilt transmission for pretty cheap (about $275 of the total price, unheard of cheap for the car and condition)
the transmission got damaged in shipping and Troy offered to cover the labor to switch the damaged casing with the good casing (only good part left) from my old transmission.
2 days after that I was back on the road with a like new transmission that went forward as well as backward :)
