She did a great job, delivered exactly what she said she would, on-time and was able to answer any and all questions I had. Resume came out well and was formatted correctly for a variety of the documentation challenges that face new or searching candidates. I would have no problem recommending her to a family member or a friend for the service she completed for me. Two months ago I had Bridgemore rework my resume. 60 days have gone by since I started hunting for a new job and I haven't received one single request for an interview so I initiated a resume review with another company. It failed miserably. Just some of the feedback that was provided included - 1) formatting and overall appearance doesn’t help to communicate the value you would bring as an employee, 2) summary doesn’t use engaging language to capture the hiring manager’s attention, 3) doesn’t communicate skills in a compelling and memorable way, 4) descriptions are unnecessarily long, 5) filler words and phrases that don’t add any value. AND the most surprising part was when my resume was run through ATS. It identified me as an entry level sales associate instead of someone with 15 plus years of experience in Federal compliance. The most annoying part is that I wasted money and lost all that time because my resume didn't fit the requirements. Still trying to figure out what exactly I paid for since I was under the impression they were the "experts".

As you did not take advantage of this and are using 'JobScan' or some other scam website to give you advice, you are clearly not using the resume that we developed for you to the best of your ability. As I can not be a fly on the wall, watching to see how many positions you apply to or if you are properly tailoring your personal branding statement to match the key words to each position you apply to, I am afraid that you will continue to have poor experiences with ANY resume writer you work with. Not smoothly. There was not much creativity, just a shuffling of words that was already on the Resume. With my busy schedule I missed some of the wording that was on the Resume that was redundant, they did go back and correct it. But I even later found more compilations that did not make the Resume flattering or professional. I even paid them another $75.00 to revise it since 9/18; and asked them to update the LinkedIn. They shared a link to pay another $50.00 to have the updated Resume added. I have had many people visit my site, but only a few ask my for more details. I looked at my LinkedIn Resume. No wonder no one was following through to seek me for new job opportunities. Print out what ever they send you! Proof Read again and again. Make sure if they add it to LinkedIn, it is in your favor. Overall not satisfied.

Bridgemore resume service is very good. They were quick to turnaround the work and did a good job on creating my resume. I was impressed that with the little information that I provided they created a rather accurate view of the work I do. It went ok, they were very prompt, courteous. My resume was pretty good to begin with so they just changed a few words around and didn't have too much they needed to add. Overall good experience. Would be exceptional for someone that doesn't already have a resume or someone with a marginal resume. Thanks for taking the time, I do appreciate it.

To clarify, when we gather your information...We can only use your stated information/job responsibilities/career achievement when developing your resume. We will revamp your resume with improved language, but we can not take the liberty of adding in any information or accolades that you have not already provided to us. Your resume looked somewhat similar to the source of the information you provided because it is straightforward and also because we can not change the authenticity of the information you provide. Additionally, due to the fact that resumes need to be compatible with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software, language should closely mimic language from 'job descriptions' in order for the correct keywords to be in the resume. Victoria and Tammy did an outstanding job. They were very professional and I could not be more pleased with the results. It took a while longer than I thought it would.. but they kept me updated and did get everything done on time including the linked in page update. The procedure went very well. Communication was not an issue as we used both email and phones. I couldn't have asked for a better provider. Victoria not only did resumes but also created my linkedIN profile. I had many job hits as long as you follow her instructions. After two months of searching, I landed a fantastic job that paid me much more than my old one. Like I said if you follow her advice from her consultation, you will be successful at finding your next job.
