"Bill and his crew exceeded our expectations. Both our water damaged basement and our failing garage foundation required a change in course and they communicated options and provided excellent and economic solutions. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week to work around our weather. They provided extras as we went along and worked through some tough weather conditions. The daily communication was the best. Their prices saved us so much money. Their clean-up left our place in better condition than when they arrived. This company is going places. We will use them for any future needs."
"TJ was very thorough in his explanation of the project and giving us our options. The installation of the spray foam exceeded our expectations. He worked around our remodel and is willing to come back in phases as we complete a room and shuffle our belongings. We appreciate the communication, flexibility and professional quality of his work."

"They came on time and were very confident about getting this issue resolved. At the beginning they were going to charge me 200.00. So as they were trying there best and with no success they pulled the toilet and then they recommended that this unit needed to be replaced. They quoted me there price and they recommended me to go and get one from Menards due to it being cheaper. They took the old toilet for me and explained all that I needed if I wanted to install it myself. I accepted the challenge and I did exactly what they told me to get and do. The best part was that. They actually only charged me 65.00 due to them being unable to resolve my issue. And I'm very pleased with there professionalism and shooting me straight. I would highly recommend them."
"We had a concrete sidewalk, steps and a back porch designed and poured by Dowden Creative Construction. The patio included a hot tub area and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. We are also very happy that we used their design as they incorporated proper slopes and a French drain system. Without that extra planning, we surely would have had drainage problems. There were no problems at all, and our lives are now very pleasant in our beautiful back yard."

"Dereck and his team were timely. They removed two large trees and hauled off the limbs. Next, they tore out a rock driveway and spread that rock on the side of our home as requested. Next, they poured a new, perfectly sloped concrete driveway using a rebar. Again, it was all quite timely and better priced than other bids. Thank You!"
Foundation Drain Installation questions, answered by experts
No, homeowners insurance policies do not typically cover sump pump installation. However, some companies may offer incentives in the form of discounts or reduced premiums if homeowners install sump pumps. Insurance companies do this because sump pumps can reduce water damage claims. You may also be able to obtain enhanced water-backup coverage after installing a sump pump.
Yes, most contractors and installers offer warranties covering materials, parts, labor, and workmanship for their installation services. It is important to confirm the specific terms and coverage details with your provider before starting the project.
The difference between an ejector pump and a sump pump lies in their purpose and design—an ejector pump functions to remove liquid gray water and soft solid sewage waste from your home. If you have a laundry room or bathroom in your basement, an ejector pump for your sewage tank prevents sewage from backing up in your washing machine or bathroom’s drains.
A sump pump is designed to remove excess groundwater that may enter your home, either due to flooding or periods of heavy rain.
Yes, the air from a damp basement can travel up into your living area through a process called the stack effect, so moisture, mold spores, and other debris in your basement air can all decrease your indoor air quality on your main floors. Additionally, damp basements can promote the rotting of building materials, which can damage flooring, insulation, and framing on your first floor in addition to materials in the basement.
French drains and yard grading systems are two highly effective ways to fix standing water around the foundation. Since the French drain uses a perforated pipe covered by gravel, you won’t have to worry about water taking the soil away from your foundation. Meanwhile, yard grading levels out the ground to prevent water from gathering around your foundation.
