Small jobs welcome

"We hired Lindner Lawn Care and Home Improvement to construct a new porch/steps on the rear of our home. We are very pleased with the craftsmanship put into our project. Owner/Operator Nolan Lindner did an outstanding job from start to finish. We have a few other projects for next spring and will definitely be calling on Lindner Lawn Care and Home Improvement to perform the work."

"Sanchez Construction does great work! He is meticulous with all of his work. Iâ ve had him do multiple projects around my home and have not been disappointed. He painted, fixed some dry wall, installed a baby gate, fixed multiple exterior doors/seals. He takes great pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy with the work he does. I would recommend him to anyone needing home repairs!"

"They explained everything to me also went above and beyond to help with other projects. We moved to a remote location and not sure what the winter is going to bring so he made sure we will stay warm and everything is in working order. Hiring for more jobs. Excellent work."

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

The most significant benefit of having a gas grill over a propane grill is that you never run out of fuel unless there’s an outage in your area, which is rare. Unlike with a propane grill, you’ll never need to haul tanks back and forth to a local fill station, and you’ll never find yourself unable to use your grill because you forgot to refill your tanks. Gas grills also burn slightly cleaner than propane grills, and natural gas costs significantly less than propane, meaning it’s more affordable to run your grill.

Propane sales companies typically offer propane delivery, tank installation and maintenance, grilling refills, and emergency support for supply interruptions.

Local codes often mandate specific fittings, permits, and vent considerations for permitted function and safety, which are enforced by professionals.

Gas grill installation costs around $540 on average, not including the price of the actual grill, and most homeowners pay between $120 and $1,400. This total will go toward laying down a new gas line, connecting it to your existing gas system, pressure testing the line, and connecting it to your grill. Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.

Safety steps include proper vent installation, connector tightness, and leak testing. A safe environment must be maintained throughout.
