"After initial issues several years ago with a salesperson, the owner reached out to make sure that I was satisfied with our gas fireplace. He sent a tech out (great guy!) to give it a thorough cleaning and do some minor adjustments. It has never worked better! I am very pleased and really appreciate the excellent customer service and follow up. Outstanding!"

"Highly recommended!! I'm a restaurant owner where carpet gets dirty very often as you know spills can happen , alot of people comes and goes every day, there's traffic areas with hard spots to clean. So I wanted to give it a try I called them and I'm so happy my carpet looks fabulousð it wasn't expensive I will say they're in between. So I will give them 5 stars.."
