Our coordinator, Ryan McAlister, was extremely knowledgeable and informative during inspection of our crawl space water issues, and his subsequent repair recommendations. Ryan was like a professor explaining retrofitting encapsulation of the crawl space and basement water issues with a slab, along with discussing such encapsulation during a new build vs. standard floor insulation in a crawl space in a climate above 60% humidity. Fascinating and educational discussion for me as an homeowner with very limited knowledge of the subject. Ryan was patient and is truly an expert. He also provided additional advice on other ground water issues and recommendations for us as homeowners to try, outside the crawl space, in order to save us money. His crew was extraordinarily hard working and diligent, personable and friendly. They did a great job in every detail relative to trench digging, gravel, wrapping, wall insulation, sump pump, dehumidifier, and drainage. Very well done and much appreciated professionalism and expertise. Very impressed with the coordinated team work demonstrated by the whole crew, Damian (foreman), Mac, and David. He protected the floor with plastic from possible leaks before he removed it and was careful to clean everything up before he left. He also made sure it was working before he left. He was very nice."

Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
