When you call Air Rescue for your heating and air conditioning needs you will get the same customer friendly service that Cheraw and the surrounding areas have relied on since 1993. At Air Rescue, we want your business and we do everything we can to make it easy for you to do business with us. We’re open 7 days a week, with no extra charge for weekend service. Our staff receives rigorous training and each employee is focused on providing you with service that’s dependable, quick and courteous. Our satisfaction guarantee is simple… we won’t quit until you're satisfied. Air Rescue provides superior service on all brands of central heating and air conditioning products. Our service technicians have the ability to service and repair natural gas, propane, oil, electric, heat pump systems and hot water heaters. Once we have completed the diagnosis, the technician will quote a flat rate for the needed repairs. Our flat rate charge is based on a regional average that takes into account how long the repair should take and what is a fair charge for the services rendered. We have found that our customers are much more comfortable with this than with an open-ended time and materials method used by many of our competitors.

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
