Our service technicians have the ability to service and repair natural gas, propane, oil, electric, heat pump systems and hot water heaters. Once we have completed the diagnosis, the technician will quote a flat rate for the needed repairs. Our flat rate charge is based on a regional average that takes into account how long the repair should take and what is a fair charge for the services rendered. We have found that our customers are much more comfortable with this than with an open-ended time and materials method used by many of our competitors.
