"I had a new pump installed in my Koi pond two weeks prior to the waterfall slowed to a trickle. We cleaned the skimmer and upper filter, but the problem remained. The fish were becoming sluggish. That same afternoon we went to Home Advisor to find help. Jk contacted us within a short time later. Even though he lives in Walterboro, SC - an hour away from Savannah - he came as soon as he could the next day. He immediately found the problem and corrected it.
