Ascent Mobility was the most reasonably priced quote we received, the salesman Aaron was very well spoken and was not a hard sell at all. He showed us all the options and let us make our decision. They were able to expedite the installation and the technician who did the work was friendly and very knowledgeable.

definitely recommend Ascent Mobility. Both Aaron and Greg the owner were great to deal with. understood my needs for a starirlift and came up with a great plan for the custom job. also needed a small straight stairlift on another level of my house and they installed a demo unit right away while the permanent ones are ordered. fair price and great service all round.

Go for Greg Shepherd at Ascent Mobility (Denver area) for stairlift repair. If you have an Acorn stairlift (excellent choice, especially if you had your mechanic observing Acorn s initial installation), rely on Greg for service, NOT Acorn.

The whole process was very efficient, expedient, and seamless!!👍😀 Frank came out to my house and listened to what I needed. He, then, surveyed and measured the staircase. He recommended a stairlift that would work best based on my needs and the suitability of the staircase. Upon ordering the stairlift, Greg came to my house within a week, despite having to order a chair that would swivel in correct direction. Greg was able to install the stairlift in less than two hrs. Upon completion, Greg explained how to operate the stairlift. He, then, had me, actually, operate the stairlift to go down and up the staircase. Thanks Frank, Greg, and Ascent Mobility!!👍😀😀🙏🙏🙏

I called late Friday after hours. Greg a service tech called back right away. He was here the next day on a Saturday to talk with us about Mother s need for a staircase chair lift. He was back the next day to install it ! Wow on a Sunday too. Very happy with the company and how much Greg seemed to care🙂

Innovative solution to our problem, and efficient/professional installation. The cost was probably justified based on his considerable expertise and the time he spent with me discussing future bathroom remodeling needs that he said his company would not be able to do. It was a little pricey based just on the items we had installed, although we needed them quickly and they delivered them quickly and he gave me a plan forward. So, yes, I'm a happy customer.

Fantastic company! The owner, Greg, called me personally to set up an appointment. Jerry, the installer of the safety grab bars, did a great job! He arrived on time, offered a selection of bars, and left the bathroom clean as a whistle. Thank you for all your help!
